We are in the process of a sponsorship drive for match
and stage sponsors as well as prize table donations to offer to the
competitors that will be attending the Mountain Valley IDPA Regional match
that will be held at Mountain Valley Sportsman's Association, in Hot
Springs, Arkansas, on March 27th, 2010.
The match will consist of 10 stages, requiring
approximately 150 rounds, and will accommodate 125 shooters.
We are furnishing all amenities that will make this a safe, enjoyable
experience for all who attend and are furnishing lunch on match day and a
hospitality facility the night before the match for socializing and
entertaining.
The following Sponsorships are available;
Match Sponsor - $250.00
Stage Sponsor - $100.00
Vendor Table - $50.00 per table
Prize Table Donations
All sponsors and donators will get advertising in the
match booklet, on the website and, if banners are provided, they will be
prominently placed at the hospitality facility and at the range on match
day.
Stage sponsors who provide banners will also have them placed on the
individual stages.
Sponsorships do not include entry into this Regional.
Sponsorships may be mailed to the address listed below.
